Mac Poker Pro FAQ
There is a sudden, unusual problem with the Statistics
The Supported Sites sometimes update their hand history data files which may cause problems, or complete failure in MacPoker Pro. If you find something that suddenly appears to be broken - like all of your winning hands are recorded as losing money - please contact us immediately. The sooner we find out, the sooner we can release a patch to fix the problem. Do not delete or recalculate your statistics if this happens. Wait for a patch/update and follow the instructions in the Read Me file.
Which poker sites does MacPoker Pro work with?
All of the supported sites are listed on the Supported Sites page.

NOTE: The only site that MacPoker Pro can show all of YOUR hole cards for - regardless of whether you go to showdown - is FullTiltPoker.com

When I try to start tracking a table, MacPoker Pro wants me to choose a file - which file do I choose?
MacPoker Pro is looking for the history file generated by Full Tilt. First, make sure Full Tile is configured to create/save these files (under the Options menu in Full Tilt). Now when you sit at a table and are dealt a hand, a file will appear in the designated directory. That's the file MacPoker Pro is looking for!
Why does MacPoker Pro think I am a Fish (Telephone/Mouse/etc)?
Your playing style - and your opponents - cannot be accurately determined with a small sample of hands. Most players say you need 10,000 hands to rely on any of the statistics you see here. You can, however, quickly stereotype your opponents with the information provided.
Can I watch tournament tables and gather statistics with MacPoker Pro?
Limited (beta) Tournaments are supported at this time. There are a few bugs and quirks to work out, but please give the Tournament tracking a try and send us any feedback you might have.
