Does SlashDock work with Authenticating proxy servers?
  SlashDock does not work with Authenticating proxy servers - several users have told me they have been able to use Authoxy to handle the authentication with proxy servers.
Does SlashDock support HTTPS?
  Yes, SlashDock supports HTTP and HTTPS protocols. The FEED protocol is not supported, but you should be able to change FEED to HTTP in most cases.
Does SlashDock support Basic Authentication?
  Yes. For instance, to use the GMAIL Atom feeds you must include your username and password on the URL. For example: https://mygmailaccount:iloveslashdock@mail.google.com/mail/feed/atom
Is SlashDock Scriptable?
  Yes. SlashDock supports one commands via AppleScript: updateHeadlines. This command will update all sites and then automatically generate an updated digest file.
